Napoli’s 1-1 draw with Udinese proved enough as it clinched the Serie A title after 33 years.
Despite going down 1-0 in the 13th minute after a goal by Sandi Lovric, Victor Osimhen equalised in the 52nd minute to score the title-winning goal.
It is Napoli’s first Scudetto win since the Diego Maradona-era. The club from southern Italy became champion of Italian top-flight football for the first time since 1990.
Napoli head coach Luciano Spalletti becomes the oldest coach in Serie A history to win the title.
