By Abdul Basheer: Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu on Friday began a padyatra (foot march) from Iragavaram village in Tanuku Assembly segment in West Godavari district and said his party will continue fighting for justice for farmers who suffered losses due to untimely rains.
Followed by a large number of farmers and TDP leaders, Chandrababu Naidu began his ‘Rythu Porubata’ from Iragavaram village.

On the way, Naidu interacted with the affected farmers and inquired about the damage to their crops and farm products. He assured the farmers that his party will stand by them.
Some of the affected farmers even broke down before Naidu. ”There is no question of relenting till justice is served to the farmers. The party will continue its fight till the government purchases the entire farm products in the state,” Chandrababu Naidu said.
