By Sujay Ghosh: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit West Bengal for two days on May 8-9. On May 8, he will hold a public meeting in Krishnanagar.
According to BJP sources, Shah will hold a public meeting on May 8 and on May 9, he will visit Jorasanko Thakurbari in Kolkata to attend the Rabindra Jayanti celebrations. It is also reported that Shah will attend another Rabindra Jayanti event at Science City in the afternoon.

The Bengal BJP is gearing up for the upcoming panchayat elections which are scheduled to take place later this year. However, the BJP’s main target is the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
