Amritpal Singh ran out of options, so he had to surrender.” “He has been sent to Dibrugarh. This was a joint operation between Punjab police and intelligence agencies. Amritpal Singh has been arrested under the NSA.” Punjab Police is committed to maintaining peace in the state.
