By India Today News Desk: A bar owner was brutally attacked on May 9 in Maharashtra’s Buldhana by a group of individuals after he requested payment on a loan owed to one of the accused.
The accused, identified as Arun Patil, along with his four to five friends attacked the bar owner. The victim’s wife and two sons valiantly intervened to protect him from the attackers, but they too faced verbal abuse and threats.
Following this, the hand of the victim’s younger son got fractured. This whole incident has been captured on CCTV.
The victim has filed a complaint with the Buldhana police, prompting them to take swift action. Consequently, a case has been registered against the five individuals involved in the assault.
However, all the accused are said to be absconding.
