A woman and an advocate were injured after a shooter, who was a suspended lawyer, fired shots at them in the Saket district court complex on Friday, police said. According to DCP (South) Chandan Chowdhary, four to five rounds were fired on the court premises at 10:30 am. The woman, identified as M Radha, who was in her 40s, suffered two bullet injuries — one in the abdomen and one in the hand. She was rushed to Max hospital in Saket. Both the woman and the advocate are now stable and out of danger. The accused has been identified as Kameshwar Prasad Singh alias Binod Singh. He was suspended by the Bar Council after cheating cases were registered against him, the DCP (South) said.
