By India Today News Desk: A man was seen hitting a stray dog with a cricket bat in an undated video in South East Delhi’s Sunlight Colony. The whole act was recorded on CCTV.

The dog passed out after being hit by the bat. However, it regained consciousness and is currently undergoing treatment.
Animal welfare activists have complained about the incident and lodged an FIR in Sunlight Colony Police Station.
