Two men narrowly escaped trampling after they encountered a herd of elephants in Siliguri, West Bengal.
The incident happened on May 16 in Sukna. Two men on a motorbike were riding through a forest in Suka when eight elephants, including three jumbos and five calves, emerged. The sight of eight elephants emerging from a forest threw them off their bikes and they scurried off. For a moment, it seemed the elephants charged towards them but they resumed their journey back into the forest shortly.Â
