Two men fell into an open drain that was left flooded due to heavy rain in Ghaziabad. The incident took place on the Delhi-Saharanpur road in the Shantinagar area of Loni on May 1.
A CCTV video of the incident shows people walking on the water-logged street, trying to avoid the overflowing drains. Suddenly, one man stepped off the concrete part and onto the flooded street and fell into the open drain. Within seconds, another man followed suit. Onlookers rushed to the spot and managed to rescue both men.
