By Sagay Raj: A government which loots 40 per cent in commission cannot do all these things (promise guarantees to people), Rahul Gandhi said after Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticised the Congress’s poll guarantees as “revdi culture” that will “submerge the state in debt”.
“The PM is right. The government which loots 40% commission can’t do all these,” Rahul Gandhi said.
“The PM said that the guarantees given by the Congress won’t be implemented. Actually, what he said is right. It is impossible for the BJP to do such work who loot 40% commission and they cannot implement such guarantees,” he said.

“Elections are near. You (people) have to decide whose government will be formed. Remember one thing – you chose a government last time but the BJP stole your government by buying MLAs. They didn’t only steal the government but took 40% commission on every job after that,” he said.
The Karnataka government is known for a 40% commission and Bellary is the centre of corruption, Rahul Gandhi said. “That’s why I want Bellary to see a change now – not only in elections, but in your lives.”
The Congress government will work for the welfare of poor people, farmers, labourers, small businessmen, students, he said.
