By Rahul Gautam: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who was disqualified as MP after his conviction in a defamation case, will vacate his official residence on Saturday. Some senior leaders are likely to be present with him.
Sources told India Today that Rahul Gandhi is likely to handover the keys of 12, Tughlaq Lane bungalow to concerned estate department officials tomorrow as his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra did when she vacated Lodhi Estate bungalow.

Priyanka Gandhi was asked to vacate the bungalow after her SPG security cover was removed.
Rahul Gandhi, the former Congress chief, was asked to vacate the premises by April 22 following his disqualification after the conviction and two-year sentence by a Surat court for his Modi surname remark.
He had on April 14 shifted his office and some personal belongings from the bungalow to his mother Sonia Gandhi’s official residence.
After shifting his office, he started living with his mother and Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi at her 10, Janpath residence, PTI reported.
