Umesh Pal murder case: Atiq Ahmed produced before Prayagraj court, police seeks 14-day remand

Jailed gangster-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were produced today on Thursday before the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Court in Prayagraj in the Umesh Pal murder case around 11:10 am amid security deployment. Prayagraj Police sought a 14-day custody remand of Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf for questioning. The hearing of the case is underway.
