By Rajesh Saha: Former education minister of West Bengal and accused into the alleged teachers’ recruitment scam, Partha Chatterjee, wants to write a letter to his party, Trinamool Congress (TMC), asking why he was suspended from every post from the party and Bengal government.
Jailed former TMC leader Partha Chatterjee recently expressed such a desire to his lawyer.
Partha Chatterjee was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the teachers’ recruitment scam in West Bengal. Later, he was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the same case. Currently, he is lodged at Presidency Jail after being remanded to judicial custody by a special court in Kolkata.
