Binge worthy spy thriller The Night Manager, which is an Indian adaptation of the John le Carré novel by the same name, has been loved by fans, critics and the film fraternity equally. Recently, the streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar announced that Hotstar Specials’ The Night Manager: Part 2, starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala, and Tillotama Shome, will be premiering this month. Excited about the series, Shelly Rungta aka Anil’s onscreen girlfriend Kaveri aka Sobhita couldn’t stop gushing about the Bollywood star and his acting chops.

The Night Manager actress Sobhita Dhulipala is all praises for co-star Anil Kapoor; says “I don’t think we have seen an antagonist like Shelly Rungta in a long long time”

Anil Kapoor essays the character of dreaded gangster Shelly Rungta in The Night Manager. While audiences are swooning over his stylised looks in the show, his calm demeanor and unsettling evil edge too seems to have won hearts among them. Now his, co-star Sobhita Dhulipla aka Kaveri couldn’t stop praising him for his charismatic personality. Talking about Anil, Sobhita Dhulipala said, “Anil Sir is truly one of a kind. He’s got unmatchable style and class as Shelly Rungta. I don’t think we have seen an antagonist like Shelly in a long long time! I absolutely loved working alongside him and hope audiences enjoy watching what conspires between Shelly and Kaveri in part 2!”

While the first part saw the clash between Shelly Rungta (Anil Kapoor) and Shaan Sengupta (Aditya Roy Kapur), the recent update is that fans will see new alliances being formed in the upcoming season. Directed by Sandeep Modi, the web show features Tilottama Shome in the character of RAW officer Lipika Rao.  Get set for a journey of twists, turns and thrill with The Night Manager: Part 2 that will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on June 30.
